Payment & delivery questions
How do I pay?
By card online through Whop, once, no subscription. After payment you land on the "Start your occasion" page to fill in the details.
Are prices in Qatari riyal?
Yes, every price is in QAR. If the checkout shows USD, the amount is converted at the same value.
Why do the larger packages take a deposit?
Standard, Premium and the wedding site are reworked or built from scratch. You pay 50% to start and the rest when you approve the final version.
What happens after I pay?
You fill in the details form, we reach you on WhatsApp within one working day, and you get the first preview within the package's delivery time.
What if I change my mind?
Before design starts, a full refund. After the first preview, the work done so far is charged.
