Ordering & payment
How do I order an invitation?
Pick a package on the pricing page and pay online. After payment you land on "Start your occasion" to fill in the details, and we continue on WhatsApp.
How do I pay, and are prices in QAR?
By card online through Whop, once, with no subscription. All prices are in Qatari riyal.
Why do the larger packages take a 50% deposit?
Standard, Premium and the wedding site are reworked or built from scratch. Half to start, the rest when you approve the final version.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Before design starts, a full refund. After the first preview, the work done so far is charged.
What does it mean that Save the Date is credited?
Order the interactive invitation within 60 days of your Save the Date and its full price comes off the invitation.
Delivery & revisions
How long does delivery take?
Static card 48–72 hours, Save the Date 72 hours, Basic 5–7 days, Standard 7–10 days, Premium 10–14 days, wedding site 14–21 days. Express 48-hour delivery is an add-on for Basic and Standard.
How many revision rounds do I get?
Card 1, Full card set and Basic 2, Standard 3, Premium and the wedding site unlimited.
Do I see the invitation before it's delivered?
Yes. We send a preview link on WhatsApp; you try it on your phone exactly as a guest would, then approve or request changes.
The invitation
Is the invitation bilingual?
Arabic + English from Basic, up to 3 languages from Standard. The invitation opens in the guest's phone language with a switch.
Do you support Hijri dates?
Yes, Hijri and Gregorian together in every interactive invitation, plus add-to-calendar.
Can I have separate men's and women's versions?
Yes, from Standard: two links with the same design, each with its own party details and venue.
How do I send the invitation to guests?
One link you share on WhatsApp; it opens instantly on any phone with a clean preview. Automated sending by guest name is coming as an add-on.
How do RSVPs reach me?
Guests confirm inside the invitation; responses reach you in a simple dashboard and on WhatsApp.
How long does the invitation stay live?
12 months from delivery. After the event it can become a permanent memory page with photos and guest wishes as an add-on.
Is my guest data safe?
Guest data and responses belong to you alone; we never share them, and you can ask for deletion after the event.

Where are you based, and do you serve outside Qatar?
Doha, Qatar. We serve the whole Gulf: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, all online.
Can I get a design no one has seen?
Yes, the Premium package: design and opening from scratch, an illustrated venue and a domain in your name.
Do you do corporate and official invitations?
Yes, the "Business & openings" world: launches, corporate galas and official receptions, with QR entry coming soon.
